I get it – you’ve probably been told that taking care of yourself first is selfish and then you feel guilty when you attempt to assert your needs and wants. And what you need and want isn’t just a few minutes here and a few minutes there and a mani-pedi every 4th Saturday.
And maybe you’re also getting hit at work too with microaggressions like: co-workers commenting on your hair or asking you, “Do your kids all have the same father?”
It could seem like everybody wants something from you or you feel like you have to constantly defend yourself at work and you’re feeling, “I AM SO TIRED OF THIS”!!!
You DON’T have to live like this! You SHOULDN’T have to work like this!
Time to embrace: Self-care is not selfish, it is self-love.
It is an act of self-preservation.
It’s time to TAKE BACK YOUR POWER through self-care and come back home to you!
In this experiential live interactive video group intensive, you’ll:
- Experience feeling validated, emotionally supported with me as your guide and head cheerleader
- Shift overwhelm into calm and relaxation
- Calm a busy mind so you know how to handle stressful situations
- Feel the power of saying NO, meaning it, and sticking to it
- Give yourself grace when things aren’t going the way you expected or wanted
- Quiet your 3 AM mind so you can get back to peaceful sleep
- Listen and hear what your body is trying to tell you
- Experience how changing your breathing can help you feel calm and know, “I got this!”
- Clear your mind so you make better decisions and see choices and possibilities
For our on-line 6-week group intensive, each week has a different self-care theme and I’ll be there with you, live with interactive video, sharing and guiding you step-by-step along the way as you affirm to yourself and others, “I matter too”!
Here’s what we’ll be doing each week:
- Dive deep into a different type of self-care for a total of 6 (six!) over our 6 weeks together– this allows you to choose which one(s) you want to focus on.
- 6 live video group sessions about 60 minutes each where you’ll get coaching, new self-care tools, and in-session tool-building practice.
- 6 short videos about each week’s different topic sent weekly to your inbox (a few days before we meet)
- Ability to ask questions live each session-this allows you to go deeper so more positive change actually happens.
